I am amazed at the outcome. My Lanai looks new again!! I was totally speechless when I saw it. I thought I was going to have to repaint after it was cleaned. The customer service is top tier. There was a misunderstanding about whether all my windows were going to be cleaned. He took full responsibility for the miscommunication, stood by the price he quoted, and declined my offer to pay extra. He was also kind enough to clean off my outdoor furniture in the process. What is Soft Washing?

First developed in 1992, the soft washing method was proven safe and able to extend the life of roofing shingles after being further tested in 1995. Using a balanced method of lower pressure (45 psi), proper products and allowing cleaning solution the time it needs to clean, soft washing eliminates the dirty problem instead of of merely spraying at damagingly high pressures for an initial surface fix.
