This is the third year using Panhandle Softwash. They provide excellent service when it comes to cleaning my home, sidewalk, driveway and exterior windows. I will definitely use Panhandle Softwash again.September 2023: Once again, another excellent cleaning job performed by Panhandle Softwash. I’ve added pavers to my back patio area, and Shamus knew how to clean them without causing any damage.

I am amazed at the outcome. My Lanai looks new again!! I was totally speechless when I saw it. I thought I was going to have to repaint after it was cleaned. The customer service is top tier. There was a misunderstanding about whether all my windows were going to be cleaned. He took full responsibility for the miscommunication, stood by the price he quoted, and declined my offer to pay extra. He was also kind enough to clean off my outdoor furniture in the process. Excellent company. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

The cost was very reasonable. They did an great job and removed all of the dirt and grime from my patio while being careful not to break any of the patio pavers. they were very responsive and showed up when they said they would. This will be an annual cleaning for me. Thank you

They came out and gave me an estimate for my house plus all my porches, the detached garage and driveway.About a week later they arrived to do the soft wash. They moved all my patio furniture off all 3 of my porches/patio so I didn’t have to lift a finger. Then put it all back like it was. They did an amazing job and I will use them again in the future. I also found his cost very fair for all that they did !

Panhandle Softwash did an outstanding professional service cleaning my house. There was about 3 or 4 really black spots that did not completely come clean on the first treatment, which the owner said might fad in a week, and he would check on them.They did not completely fad. The owner Sheanus Parish came to my house one week later as promised and cleaned the black spots. I highly recommend Panhandle Softwash as they are professional and honest.

My house looks brand new again! Panhandle Softwash really knows how to properly care for your home. I have hardy plank siding which is not recommended for high pressure wash so Seamus and his crew used their magic to clean it with absolutely no damage to the paint or siding. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them going forward. Don't hesitate just call them.

As a long-time member and volunteer at my church, Community Life UMC in Gulf Breeze, FL, we had a situation with our full-sized church bus. Not being used much, the decision was made to sell it or donate it to a n under-resourced partner church in Pensacola. One problem; it had been parked for a long time in the line of fire of a couple of sprinklers at the side of our building. Covered with that nice rusty colored stain all down one side, I had asked Sheamus if he could clean it using his method of "Softwash". He came out, looked at the bus, cleaned off a small spot, and it looked great! He came back out, cleaned the whole side of the bus, (looked like brand new), and didn't damage any grass or landscape around the bus. We were able to proudly donate the bus to an organization that needed it to help with the needs of their community! Thanks to Sheamus for doing a great job! Sheamus came out and on a Friday and gave us a quote, then he returned to perform the work the next Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). I was shocked at how clean he got this house, especially the eaves and foundation. I was expecting this to simply prep the exterior for a much needed paint job, but now it only needs touchups in some spots where paint has peeled.

We hired Pandhandle Softwash to take care of our gutter cleaning. From start to finish the entire process was a true pleasure. We have had some serious bad luck with companies in the past but this experience was completely different.The professionalism was on another level, courteous and honest.
