I am amazed at the outcome. My Lanai looks new again!! I was totally speechless when I saw it. I thought I was going to have to repaint after it was cleaned. The customer service is top tier. There was a misunderstanding about whether all my windows were going to be cleaned. He took full responsibility for the miscommunication, stood by the price he quoted, and declined my offer to pay extra. He was also kind enough to clean off my outdoor furniture in the process.
